Where do you ship from?
All orders are hand-packed and shipped from the United States using USPS for fast and reliable delivery.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders out within 48 business hours of purchase.
Please note: Orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

All orders are shipped by USPS. We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:
- STANDARD: 3–5 Business Day Transit Time
Estimated shipping timeframes begin once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order.
Delivery Issues?
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately. They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We hope you are OBSESSED with your new GLAMWARES nails and never want to go back to overpriced manicures again.
Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, including size or style swaps.
Due to the hygienic nature and handmade customization of our products (especially press-on nails), we cannot offer exchanges once the item has been shipped.

Can I reuse / reapply my nails?
Our products can stay on for 4–7 days or longer if you use adhesive tabs. If you use glue, they can stay on for about 2 weeks.
However, the specific use time will be different according to the activity of each person. If you use your nails frequently for activities or work, medium or short nails may be more suitable.
