• Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our team will get back to you within 48–72 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, including size or style swaps.

Due to the hygienic nature and handmade customization of our products (especially press-on nails), we cannot offer exchanges once the item has been shipped.
